    Two motorcycle riders die in separate crashes

A motorcycle rider has died after a crash in Tsuen Wan on Saturday evening, in the second fatal accident of the day involving a motorbike.

A 27-year-old rider was was travelling along Tuen Mun Road towards Tuen Mun at about 6.15pm when he apparently lost control while approaching Tsing Yung Street.

He was taken unconscious to Tuen Mun Hospital, where he was declared dead about half an hour later.

Earlier, a 38-year-old man died after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a truck on Cheung Pei Shan Road in Tsuen Wan at abut 8.30am in the morning.

The rider was freed from under the truck by firefighters, but was declared dead at Yan Chai Hospital about an hour later.

The 56-year-old driver was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
