The Strong Wind Signal No. 3 took effect at 4:20pm on Monday as Several Tropical Storm Nalgae edges closer to Hong Kong.

At 4pm, Nalgae was about 630 kilometres south-southeast of the SAR and was forecast to move north-northwest at about 10 kilometres per hour towards the northern part of the South China Sea.
