Seven more people were diagnosed with measles in Hong Kong on Thursday, taking the total for the year to 50.
The latest group of patients includes an 11-month-old boy and a two-year-old girl.
The Centre for Health Protection says the baby boy had been in Shenzhen during the incubation period. He was admitted to hospital on Monday and is now in a stable condition.
The girl had also travelled to Shenzhen during the incubation period. She was admitted to hospital on Sunday and is also in a stable condition.
Two of those infected were airport workers. About half of the people infected in the outbreak so far either worked at at the airport or for airlines.
The centre said none of the seven had reported being in contact with other measles patients during the incubation period. Their families are now under observation.
