Manulife has appointed Wilton Kee as the new Chief Executive Officer for its Hong Kong and Macau operations, effective 1 July 2026.
He succeeds Patrick Graham in the role, pending regulatory approval.
The leadership change is part of the insurer’s succession planning to support its regional growth strategy.
Kee joined Manulife in 2013 and has held several senior positions across pricing, product development, health, and finance.
He became Chief Financial Officer in 2022 and took on additional responsibilities as Deputy CEO in March 2026.
During his tenure in these dual roles, Kee helped drive enterprise integration, strengthen management oversight, and align strategic priorities.

“Wilton’s appointment underscores our continued focus on disciplined execution, a diversified business model, and our long-term commitment to customers in one of our largest markets in Asia,”
said Steve Finch, President and CEO of Manulife Asia.
Finch noted that Kee brings deep and diversified expertise to the position.
Once approved as Manulife CEO, Wilton Kee will formally take over the Hong Kong and Macau operations in July.
