The government on Thursday issued compulsory testing notices for

59 places

across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The residential buildings are located in Sai Wan Ho, Tseung Kwan O, Kwun Tong, Yuen Long, Aberdeen, Sheung Shui, North Point, Tsuen Wan, Kowloon City, Chai Wan, To Kwa Wan, Tuen Mun, Tai Po, Tai Kok Tsui, Shek Kip Mei, So Kwun Wat, Kwai Chung, Ngau Chi Wan, Lam Tin, Wong Tai Sin and Ma On Shan.

Also covered are several other premises: Saizeriya Italian Restaurant at Smartland in Tsuen Wan; Sweet Heart at Tai Wo Hau Estate Market in Tsuen Wan; Jade Seafood Restaurant in Sai Yee Street, Mong Kong; Sun Lok Yuen and McDonald's, both in TKO Sport 2, Tseung Kwan O; Lu Bar and Redfire Hot Pot, both in Mong Kok's Sai Yeung Choi Street North.

Also covered are The Gallery in Cathay Pacific City, Chek Lap Kok; Green River Restaurant in Ma On Shan's Lee On Shopping Centre; Victoria Harbour Restaurant in Chelsea Heights, Tuen Mun; Genki Sushi at Tuen Mun Town Plaza I; McDonald's in Hong Lai Garden in Tuen Mun; Hang Heung Bakery Cafe in Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan; The Salted Pig at Metroplaza in Kwai Chung; Living Water on Hing Man Street in Sai Wan Ho.

The list also includes Fairwood at Chai Wan's Island Resort Mall; Sushi Kumo at Tak Woo House in D'Aguilar Street, Central; Shop 34-39 of the Tuen Mun Shopping Centre; Tiew Ruea Tor Charm in Hau Fook Street in Tsim Sha Tsui; Starbucks Coffee in Tsim Sha Tsui's Albion Plaza; Tai Chung Wah Restaurant in Fuk Wing Street, Cheung Sha Wan; Diamond Cafe in Kam Hon House and Shop 12 on the ground floor of Kam Pik House, both on the Choi Hung Estate in Ngau Chi Wan and Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Chan Feng Men Ling Day Care Centre for the Elderly at the Chak On Estate in Sham Shui Po.

The Centre for Health Protection on Thursday reported 1,522 new local Covid infections and 128 imported cases.
