Police say a 62-year-old man has died after crashing his car in Sheung Shui on Friday evening.
The force said he had been driving along Shau Tau Kok Road when, as he approached the Siu Wan Road junction, he apparently lost control hitting railings, water barriers, a flower bed, and two traffic signs.
Police said the accident happened just before 8.30 pm and that the man was rushed to North District Hospital, where he was certified dead just over an hour later.
