Health authorities on Wednesday found 103 infections from three buildings that were locked down overnight for Covid-19 testing.

Officials said they found 56 positive cases at Ching Yeung House of Cheung Ching Estate in Tsing Yi.

45 residents of blocks 7 and 8 of Richland Gardens in Kowloon Bay tested positive, while two infections were picked up at Block 6 of Dawning Views in Fanling.

There were also dozens of indeterminate cases.
