Health officials on Monday reported 4,034 new cases, including 188 imported infections.
Twelve more coronavirus patients, aged between 64 and 95, have died.
More than 2,000 patients are currently being treated in public hospitals, including 15 who are under intensive care.
Prince of Wales Hospital revealed on Monday that two staff members from its intensive care unit had been diagnosed with Covid-19 last Friday, and contact tracing revealed 16 of their colleagues had also come down with the coronavirus.
The hospital said the infected staff members were being isolated and were all in stable condition.
Environment samples from the ward had all tested negative, the hospital’s spokesman said, adding they are still tracing the source of the cluster of infections.
The spokesman added that all patients and other employees working in the intensive care unit had tested negative. The hospital said since staff all wear protective suits during the course of work, no patients had been named as close contacts and services at the unit were not affected.
