Futu Securities International (Hong Kong), a technology-focused broker in Hong Kong, has opened its largest flagship store in Causeway Bay, next to Times Square.
The site spans more than 7,000 square feet across two floors and includes Futu’s first Institutional and Private Wealth Services Centre, providing asset management services for high-net-worth individuals, as well as an interactive fintech zone.
Since 2023, Futu has expanded its physical presence with stores in Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Tseung Kwan O and Causeway Bay.
Together with its Admiralty customer service area, the firm now operates eight service points across Hong Kong.
Daniel Tse, Managing Director of Futu Securities, said:

“We will continue to expand our physical footprint and drive fintech innovation, integrating online and offline strengths to deliver thoughtful and comprehensive services that help customers seize investment opportunities. Futu’s dual strategy of ‘Technology Empowerment and Service Upgrade’ strengthens brand trust and market reach through its physical store network, while continuously enhancing the online experience and product offerings to build a seamless, end-to-end financial services ecosystem.”
The ground floor of the flagship features a fintech interaction zone with a multi-screen display of real-time market data and a trading demonstration area.
During the opening month, the store is hosting an investment-themed activity titled Share your investing thoughts.
The first floor houses the Institutional and Private Wealth Services Centre, offering consultation rooms for one-to-one advisory sessions with account managers, as well as an event space for regular seminars on equity markets, macroeconomic trends and other investment topics.
The store also introduces a by-appointment service, the Investment Beginner App Tutorial Class, bookable via the Futubull app.
These small-group sessions, led by store ambassadors, explain app functions and investment features, and are intended to support first-time investors and older users.
