The Customs and Excise Department has announced they are accepting job applications from university students graduating in 2024 or 2025 starting from Monday.

The government announced last week that it would start accepting applications for civil service jobs from penultimate year university students in order to tackle a manpower shortage.

The department said these students can apply for the post of Inspector.

It said successful candidates will be granted a conditional offer and they can become customs officers upon graduation.
