Justice Secretary Teresa Cheng says she will work to facilitate closer cooperation between the legal sectors in Hong Kong and on the mainland, so that the SAR can benefit from the country's development.

Speaking in Beijing at the conclusion of a four-day visit, she said she had discussed the matter with the relevant authorities. She said they had reached a specific conclusion on cooperation but did not elaborate or respond to reporters’ questions.
