Compulsory Testing Ordered For 60 Locations

The government on Thursday issued compulsory testing notices for

60 places

across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The residential buildings listed are located in Tai Po, Ho Man Tin, Hung Hom, Ma On Shan, Happy Valley, Sheung Wan, Tseung Kwan O, Ngau Tau Kok, Kwun Tong, Tin Shui Wai, Kowloon City, Tsing Yi, Sha Tin, Cheung Sha Wan, Shau Kei Wan, Chai Wan, Tung Chung, Tsuen Wan, Quarry Bay, Yau Tong, Ap Lei Chau, Tuen Mun, Diamond Hill, Kennedy Town, Wong Tai Sin, Tai Wai, North Point, Sheung Shui, and Mong Kok

Tests are also required after positive sewage samples at the following locations: King Mei House, Shan King Estate, Tuen Mun; Block 1, Po Tin Estate, Tuen Mun; and Tak Hong House, Hau Tak Estate, Tseung Kwan O.

The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) on Thursday reported 3,028 Covid cases of which 172 were imported. It's the first time the daily tally has past 3,000 since April. A 79-year-old patient with the coronavirus also died.
