The government on Sunday issued compulsory testing notices for

78 places

across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The buildings are located in Tai Po, Sha Tin, Tuen Mun, Ngau Tau Kok, Tseung Kwan O, Tai Wai, Tin Shui Wai, Kwai Chung, Tsz Wan Shan, Sau Mau Ping, Ma On Shan, Cheung Sha Wan, Chai Wan, Yau Tong, Diamond Hill, Sheung Shui, North Point, Wong Tai Sin, Fanling, Tsuen Wan, Shek Kip Mei, Ap Lei Chau, Ho Man Tin, Tsing Yi and Lam Tin.

In addition, 28 locations in Tai Po, Ma On Shan, Kwai Chung, Pok Fu Lam and Tung Chung were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 9,033 new Covid infections on Sunday, including 129 imported cases.
