Compulsory Testing Notices Issued For 66 Locations
The government on Thursday issued compulsory testing notices for
66 placesacross Hong Kong.
Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.
The buildings are located in Tuen Mun, Sham Shui Po, Tseung Kwan O, Hung Hom, Cheung Sha Wan, Tai Tam, Yuen Long, Tsz Wan Shan, Happy Valley, Sha Tin, San Po Kong, Kowloon Bay, Tsing Yi, Kwai Chung, Lam Tin, Shau Kei Wan, Tsuen Wan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Ap Lei Chau, Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, and Tai Kok Tsui.
Restaurants in Kwun Tong, Tsuen Wan, Fanling, Ma On Shan, Ho Man Tin, Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon City, Tai Kok Tsui, Sha Tin, Chai Wan, Yau Ma Tei, Causeway Bay, Tsz Wan Shan, Wan Chai and To Kwa Wan are among the places issued with testing notices.
Tests are also required after positive sewage samples were found at buildings in Aberdeen, Chai Wan, Cheung Sha Wan, Tai Po and Tuen Mun.
The Centre for Health Protection reported 2,196 new Covid infections on Thursday.
