The government on Friday issued compulsory testing notices for

65 places

across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The buildings are located in Tsz Wan Shan, Cheung Sha Wan, Wong Tai Sin, Sha Tin, Tseung Kwan O, Lam Tin, Fo Tan, Quarry Bay, Yuen Long, Ma On Shan, Kwun Tong, Sau Mau Ping, Sheung Shui, Tin Shui Wai, Fanling, Tai Po, Ngau Chi Wan, Ngau Tau Kok, Tuen Mun, Sham Shui Po, Tsing Yi, Hung Hom, Shau Kei Wan, Tung Chung, Yau Tong, Sau Mau Ping, Kennedy Town, Kwai Chung, Tsuen Wan and Kowloon City.

In addition, 12 locations in Chai Wan, Shau Kei Wan, Tai Po, Wong Tai Sin and Tin Shui Wai were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 7,835 new Covid infections on Friday, including 170 imported cases.
