The government on Monday issued compulsory testing notices for

60 places

across Hong Kong.

Anyone who has visited any of these premises and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.

The buildings are located in Ngau Tau Kok, Tin Shui Wai, Yau Tong, Sheung Shui, Tai Kok Tsui, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, Tseung Kwan O, Kwai Chung, Fanling, Ngau Tau Kok, Diamond Hill, Ma On Shan, Chai Wan, Shau Kei Wan, To Kwa Wan, Aberdeen, Cheung Sha Wan, Ngau Chi Wan, Sau Mau Ping, Sheung Shui, Tung Chung, Tai Wai, Kowloon Bay, Tsz Wan Shan and Tai Po.

In addition, six locations – all in Chai Wan and Kowloon Bay – were issued with compulsory testing notices after sewage samples tested positive for Covid-19.

The Centre for Health Protection reported 8,488 new Covid infections on Monday, including 236 imported cases.
