Violent clashes outside the Legislative Council left a number of people injured in the early hours of Monday morning, with protesters, police officers, and journalists all getting hurt.
At least three police officers were taken to hospital, one with what appeared to be an eye injury.
TVB said one of its cameramen had been hurt during the violent scenes, which saw protesters attack police with metal barriers and bottles, while officers responded with batons and pepper spray.
A number of demonstrators were also hurt, some with blood pouring from head wounds.
The police force condemned the violence which erupted at around midnight.
Protesters were eventually pushed back from Legco, all the way to Wan Chai. But clashes continued, with more pepper spray fired.
Demonstrators had also gathered on Harcourt Road in Admiralty, but they were eventually dispersed by officers with little drama.
