Health officials said on Wednesday they are looking into two cases of miscarriage after the women received the BioNTech coronavirus vaccine.
They said at the moment they don't think the two cases were related to the jabs.
The first case involved a woman, 32, who received a dose of the German-made vaccine on April 8.
She experienced vaginal bleeding and lower abdominal pain two days later before expelling her foetus the next day.
The foetus was certified dead at hospital. It was estimated to be around 23 to 24 weeks old.
The second case also involved a 32-year-old woman, who received the jab on March 23.
She tested pregnant two days later.
She sought treatment at Queen Elizabeth Hospital on March 31 due to vaginal bleeding and was found to have had a miscarriage.
The Department of Health said neither reported feeling unwell at the vaccination centre after they took the jabs.
The two cases will be referred to an expert committee for conducting causality assessment.
"Currently, there is no evidence indicating that the two cases were related to vaccination," the department said.
BioNTech does not recommend inoculation during pregnancy, unless the woman is considered to be at very high risk of Covid-19 exposure.
