Police have arrested another man in connection with the mob attack on people at Yuen Long station in July 2019.
Officers arrested the 35-year-old suspect in the northwest New Territories town on Monday, accusing him of rioting and conspiracy to wound with intent.
At least 45 people, including a pregnant woman, were injured when men, clad in white t-shirts and armed with bamboo poles, struck bystanders and passengers at the MTR station on the evening of July 21, 2019.
There have been dozens of arrests so far in connection with the attack, including both victims and alleged members of the gang, just eight of whom have so far been charged.
Former lawmaker and Democratic Party vice chairman Lam Cheuk-ting and six other people, who were set upon by the gang, will appear in court on Tuesday charged with rioting over the Yuen Long attack.
