The Airport Authority on Thursday said for the next three days only passengers with air tickets, or boarding passes, will be allowed into the check-in area of the departure hall in Terminal 1.

In a statement, the authority said it was aware of plans for an anti-extradition demonstration at the airport. It said other sections of the departure and arrival halls remain open to the public.

The move is similar measures put in place by the authority during typhoons.
