A 62-year-old woman has died after being hit by a tour bus and dragged under it in To Kwa Wan.
The accident happened at an intersection between Ha Heung Road and Sze Chuen Street at noon on Sunday.
The victim was trapped under the coach and had to be pulled out by firefighters. She was then taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Police have arrested the 46-year-old driver of the bus on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death.
DAB district councillor Kwan Ho-yeung said the accident happened on a narrow, busy road.
He said he has repeatedly told the Transport Department that big tour buses in the area are causing traffic accidents, but the department didn't respond promptly.
