The District Court on Thursday found former Hong Kong football internationals Kwok Kin-pong and Michael Cheng and another two former Pegasus players not guilty of match-fixing.
The ICAC had accused the footballers of offering and taking bribes worth HK$60,000 in return for fixing three local reserve team matches in early 2016.
But the judge found evidence from a key prosecution witness, footballer Wong Wai, to be suspicious, saying it was not sound enough to convict the accused beyond reasonable doubt.
The two other defendants in the case were Chan Pak-hang and Lee Ka-ho.
A co-accused, former footballer of the year Lee Wai-lim, earlier pleaded guilty to match-fixing. He is yet to be sentenced.
