Euro Sovereign Bonds To Be Issued

The Ministry of Finance will issue Euro sovereign bonds with three-year, seven-year and 12-year tenors totalling four billion euros in Hong Kong on November 10.

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government welcomed the Ministry of Finance's issuance of Euro sovereign bonds in Hong Kong again.

It said the move clearly demonstrates the central government's support in reinforcing Hong Kong's status as an international financial centre, leveraging the city's unique role as the gateway for international capital to access the Mainland, and enriching further the range of bond products available in the Hong Kong market.
