Chief Executive Carrie Lam will visit Hainan from April 8 to 10 to attend the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2018.

 

She will speak at a discussion session on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area on April 9 and meet Hong Kong student volunteers.

 

Mrs Lam will attend the conference’s opening ceremony on April 10. She will also take part in other sessions at the event and meet leaders of various provinces and cities.

 

During her visit, she will be joined by Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Patrick Nip and Director of the Chief Executive’s Office Chan Kwok-ki.

    

Chief Secretary Matthew Cheung will be Acting Chief Executive during Mrs Lam’s absence.
