38k Funding Applications Received

The Distance Business Programme has received 38,572 funding applications from 32,143 enterprises, the Innovation & Technology Commission announced today.
Applications closed on October 31.
Around 95% of the applications came from small and medium-sized enterprises.
As of noon today, the programme has processed 20,772 applications and approved 18,025 of them with total funding of around $1.02 billion.
Under the Anti-epidemic Fund, the programme aims to provide funding support for enterprises to continue business and services during the COVID-19 epidemic by adopting information technology solutions.
Enterprises may check their application status and manage their applications via the online system.
