24 Land Transactions In Q3

The Lands Department today announced it registered 23 lease modifications and one land exchange in the Land Registry for the quarter ending September, of which seven were technical changes involving no premium.

 

Among the transactions, 11 are located on Hong Kong Island, four are in Kowloon and nine are in the New Territories.

 

Another two lots were granted by private treaty during the period.

 

One was granted to the Urban Renewal Authority for residential development in Sham Shui Po and the other one was granted for the development of a non-profit-making international school in Tuen Mun.

 

The transactions realised a total land premium of about $3.847 billion.
