A woman and her two children, aged 16 and 21 respectively, have been found dead in an apartment in Sham Tseng in an apparent suicide.
Sources at the scene say the tragedy came to light on Saturday after the woman’s husband, who moved out of the Sea Crest Villa unit around two months ago due to marital problems, came back but found the door locked from the inside.
When police and firefighters arrived at the scene, they found the three bodies lying close to tray of burnt charcoal inside a room.
It’s believed they'd been dead for some time.
