Police have arrested two men in connection with last week's smash-and-grab raid on a luxury jewellery shop in the Harbour City mall in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Two robbers, including one knife-wielding man, stole jewellery worth around HK$5 million from the Prince jewellery and watch store last week. Police had arrested a 55-year-old man on Parkes Street in Jordan on Sunday.
A 60-year-old man was arrested on Monday on Waterloo Road in Yau Ma Tei. Police said they found all the stolen jewellery in a bag, including a 10-carat diamond which is worth around HK$1.7 million.
They also took one suspect to the scene for a crime re-enactment.
Chief Inspector Frances Lee from the Yau Tsim police district said investigations are continuing and more suspects may be arrested.
