The police said on Tuesday that they have arrested a 25 year-old post-production staffer from TVB, who they allege incited people to damage MTR facilities and the TV station's equipment.

Officers said the man spread messages online, and also urged people to disturb or attack clients and celebrities of the station.

The police said they believe the man wanted to disrupt the normal operations of TVB and to deter people from placing advertisements with the broadcaster.
