Truck Driver Killed In Tai Po Crash

A truck driver has died after he lost control of his vehicle, hit the kerb and was then struck from behind by another truck on Tolo Highway in Tai Po on Friday night.
The accident happened at about 9.30pm on Friday. The driver, 49, was thrown from his truck and sustained serious injuries. He was declared dead at the Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital less than an hour later.
There were no reports of injuries to the driver of the other truck, a 51-year-old man. Police are investigating.
