Police on Saturday said they had arrested three young men on suspicion of possessing offensive weapons.
Officers said they had intercepted two men during an anti-triad operation in Ngau Tau Kok on Thursday, and found two military knives in the bag one of them was carrying.
The third man was arrested after officers found eight machetes and two military knives among other weapons in his flat in Richland Gardens on Friday.
Officers said they believe the weapons were used in gang fights.
The force said the three, aged between 18 and 23, will be charged with possession of offensive weapons.
