  • Three arrested over police club petrol bomb attack

The police have arrested a boy and two men in connection with a petrol bomb attack at a police sports and recreation club in Mong Kok at the beginning of the month.

The suspects, aged 16 to 23, have been charged with arson and are due to appear at West Kowloon Court on Saturday morning.

Officers said the arrests were made after they analysed CCTV footage and seized raw materials for making petrol bombs from a building in Mong Kok.

Police said earlier this month that nine petrol bombs had been thrown into the club's car park at around 1am on December 1.

Media footage showed the front of a van parked inside the car park had been damaged.
