About two dozen people were injured when a street cleaning vehicle crashed into public transport bus in Sham Shui Po on Saturday evening.
Police said the accident happened around 4:25pm at the junction between Un Chau Street and Kweilin Street.
Pictures circulating online showed that the van had crashed on to the right side of the bus, making a visible dent.
A total of 13 women and 10 men – aged 5 to 85 – on the double decker were injured in the accident, and a 65-year-old woman in the passenger seat of the street cleaning vehicle was also injured.
None of the injuries were serious, and all 24 people have been taken to various hospitals and some were given treatment at the site.
