The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Student Halls Of Residence is among 22 buildings and issued with compulsory testing notices on Tuesday.
Tower 6 of the Sorrento in Tsim Sha Tsui is also under testing orders, along with two blocks in Nam Cheong Estate, Sham Shui Po.
Other affected buildings are in Aberdeen, Ap Lei Chau, Pok Fu Lam, Shau Kei Wan, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Cheung Sha Wan, Shek Kip Mei, Mong Kok, Yau Ma Tei and To Kwa Wan.
Anyone who has visited the buildings and stayed there for the length of time and on the dates specified must get a nucleic acid test for Covid-19.
