  • Overnight lockdowns find six Covid cases

The government on Tuesday said it found six Covid-19 infections after testing almost 1,800 residents in two housing blocks in the New Territories.

Officials said four residents in block 13 of Yuet Wu Villa in Tuen Mun tested positive for the virus, while two cases were picked up at Cypress House of Kwong Yuen Estate in Sha Tin after testing 1,220 people.

There were also 10 indeterminate cases.

Residents were allowed to leave the buildings after the lockdown operations ended in the morning.
