Health authorities found a total of 143 Covid cases after a number of building lockdowns in Wong Tai Sin, Sham Shui Po, Kwun Tong and Tsuen Wan on Tuesday night.

Around 1,100 people at Tan Fung House of Choi Hung Estate were tested and 52 of them were found to be carrying the coronavirus, with 28 indeterminate results.

Sixteen cases were found in Lai Chak House of Chak On Estate, after the testing of nearly 600 people there.

A lockdown of Tsui Mei House at Tsui Ping (North) Estate picked up 48 preliminary positive cases and eight indeterminate results after almost 560 tests.

Another 27 cases were found in Pak Shue House of Lei Muk Shue (II) Estate, representing more than 6.5 percent of those tested.
