The MTR says all train services, except for the Airport Express, will end at 11 pm to allow for repairs to take place.
Many MTR stations have been vandalised by anti-government protesters, who say the rail operator has sided with the government.
The Airport Express will run normally until 1 pm. After 1 pm, it will only run between Hong Kong Station and the Airport without stopping at Kowloon, Tsing Yi and AsiaWorld-Expo.
In-town check-in at Kowllon Station has been suspended.
