Health officials on Wednesday imposed lockdowns on buildings in Yuen Long, Tsing Yi, Sha Tin, Kwun Tong and Kowloon City after sewage samples there tested positive for Covid-19.
Residents of Yiu Shing House at Tin Yiu (I) Estate in Yuen Long; Block 11 at Mayfair Gardens in Tsing Yi; Chun Yat House at Chun Yeung Estate in Sha Tin; Wo Tai House in On Tai Estate in Kwun Tong; and Tak Loong House in Tak Long Estate in Kowloon City must get tested and stay at home until further notice.
Officials expect to wrap up the operations at around noon or in the afternoon on Thursday.
