Three workers at a Tsim Sha Tsui outlet of the Gucci fashion chain have been diagnosed with measles, health officials announced on Monday.
Officials say the three, a 30-year-old man and two women, both 25, are all in a stable condition.
The Harbour City branch of Gucci and its offices have been closed for disinfection, and all 195 employees at the store are being vaccinated. A spokesman for the shopping mall said they were "deeply concerned" by the outbreak.
Hong Kong has seen a surge in measles cases this year, about half of them involving airport and airline workers, many of whom had travelled to areas where measles is prevalent.
In the latest cases, the man had travelled to Japan during the communicable period, while the woman had visited Shenzhen.
The new cases, which follow two last week, take the total number of measles diagnoses this year to 73. There were just 15 cases in the whole of last year.
