Mandatory Covid Testing Ordered For 9 Schools

Mandatory coronavirus testing was ordered on Tuesday for nine schools where outbreaks of upper respiratory tract infection or influenza-like illness were recently reported.
Health authorities said symptoms of those diseases are similar to those of Covid-19, and tests would be carried out as a precautionary measure.
The nine schools are Lok Fu Rhenish Church Kindergarten in Wang Tau Hom Estate; YWCA Cheung Ching Nursery School in Tsing Yi; Kwai Shing Rhenish Church Kindergarten in Kwai Chung; York Montessori International Pre-school / Playschool in Tseung Kwan O; Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service Pui Yan Pre-primary School in Cheung Sha Wan; The Little Flower's Catholic Primary School in Sha Tin; St. Paul's College Primary School in Pok Fu Lam; Ling Liang Primary School in Ma On Shan; and Fukien Secondary School Affiliated School in Yau Tong Estate.
Anyone who have been at these premises for more than two hours since May 5 is required to get tested before Friday.
