Authorities have put two residential blocks in Kwun Tong and Sham Shui Po under overnight lockdown, after residents there tested preliminary positive for Covid-19.

Tower 3 of Grand Central on 33 Hip Wo Street, as well as Fu Yuet House of Fu Cheong Estate were cordoned off on Wednesday evening.

Residents of the two blocks are required to undergo mandatory testing, and authorities say they expect the operations to finish at around 6:30am and 7am respectively.
