The Centre for Health Protection reported three new cases of Covid-19 on Thursday, including the first locally contracted infection in four days.
A 50-year-old woman who lives in To Kwa Wan has been linked to an earlier patient.
The other two people infected, two women aged 33 and 52, recently arrived from Germany and the United States respectively.
The SAR has now gone four days without any Covid-19 case with an unknown source.
With the coronavirus situation easing, the Jockey Club has announced that it will begin opening 19 off-course betting branches on race days, starting on Sunday. Previously, branches had only opened on non-race and night-race days.
Punters won't be allowed to watch the races at the branches, although they will provide audio commentary.
The Jockey Club also said it will also hold Mark Six lottery draws twice a week instead of once, from November 10.
Labour Secretary Law Chi-kwong had previously expressed concern that a loss of lottery revenue would harm charities funded by the club.
