Health authorities on Saturday reported no new Covid-19 infections. But it's understood there are still some preliminary positive cases, thought to number fewer than five.

The Centre for Health Protection said a total of 18 cases had been detected over the past 14 days. All were imported, or import-related, cases.

Hong Kong has so far recorded 11,956 coronavirus cases.
