Health officials on Friday reported two new imported Covid-19 cases, both found with the L452R mutant strain.
One of them, a 53-year-old man who flew in from Germany, had received two doses of the BioNTech jab in Hong Kong earlier this year.
Another patient is an airline staff who arrived from Russia. The 30-year-old woman received two doses of the Sputnik V vaccine in Russia in July.
Neither showed any symptoms.
In total, Hong Kong has recorded 12,049 confirmed cases.
