The Centre for Health Protection on Saturday reported four imported Covid-19 cases.
One of them is a 52-year-old man who lives in Tsz Wan Shan.
He had travelled to the United States in August and tested positive for the coronavirus on his return to Hong Kong on Friday despite being doubled jabbed.
He doesn't have any symptoms.
Authorities have ordered residents of Hong Kin House in Tsz Hong Estate, where the man lives, to get tested for Covid-19 as a precaution.
The other three infected travellers are from Canada, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.
They were all fully vaccinated and asymptomatic.
