Health authorities on Wednesday reported four new imported Covid-19 cases.
One of the them – a 32-year-old man from Lebanon who was undergoing quarantine at a hotel in Sai Ying Pun – started displaying symptoms on Sunday.
The other three imported infections – from Austria, Sri Lanka and Indonesia – were asymptomatic.
The Department of Health said Hong Kong had also recorded fewer than five preliminary positive cases.
