HK Reports Five New Imported Covid Cases

Health officials reported five new Covid-19 infections on Saturday, all of which are imported.
The patients, aged 18 to 43, arrived from the United States, the Philippines, Qatar and India from the 11th to 16th of this month.
All of them have been fully vaccinated and were asymptomatic, but were found to carry the L452R mutant strain.
Three of the patients had been staying at quarantine hotels in Central, North Point and Kowloon City.
There are also fewer than five preliminary positive cases for the day.
Hong Kong has reported 12,157 Covid-19 infections so far.
