Hong Kong recorded two new imported cases of Covid-19 on Friday.

The patients recently arrived from Maldives and the Philippines. Both of them had been double jabbed and were infected with a mutant strain of coronavirus.

Meanwhile, the government reminded anyone who was on the cruise ship Spectrum of the Seas for more than two hours from September 30 to October 21 to get tested for Covid-19 by Saturday.

The order was imposed after a crew member was suspected to have tested re-positive for the virus.
