The government said on Friday that it hadn't recorded a single new coronavirus case - the second time this week that this has happened.
With nothing to report, health officials cancelled their daily press briefing.
There were no new Covid-19 infections to report on Monday either, with only single-digit case numbers on other days this week.
At the end of last month, the city was recordings dozens of new coronavirus cases some days.
Despite the drastic fall in cases, the Centre for Health Protection on Friday urged the public to maintain social distancing as far as possible to minimise the risk of infection.
Earlier in the day, Health Secretary Sophia Chan warned that it will not be possible to relax all restrictions anytime soon, and people should see social distancing measures as a "new norm" for Hong Hong.
So far, the SAR has recorded a total of 1,035 Covid-19 cases, with four deaths.
More than 300 patients are still in hospital, five of them in a critical condition.
