The Centre for Health Protection reported 13 new coronavirus infections on Monday, two of which were locally acquired and linked to previous cases.
One of the newly-confirmed cases is a 14-year-old boy who lives at a public housing estate in Tuen Mun at the centre of a cluster of Covid-19 cases.
Residents of a number of units at Oi Fai House at Yau Oi Estate have been sent into quarantine, with at least seven coronavirus cases confirmed at the block.
Experts fear the virus may have been transmitted vertically via the air.
The other local case involves a 35-year-old woman who fell ill on Saturday.
The imported cases involve people who flew in from Pakistan, Indonesia, India, and the Philippines.
